I change out my transmission and vlsd fluids every 25-30K miles. Too cheap and easy not to do it IMNSHO.

Make sure they change out the master cylinder when the do the CSC. If not, don't be surprised when you're back in the shop with a soft or even completely limp clutch pedal.
