Each of those have more detailed reasons, but you get the idea. Navigation built into a car is a major factor for many car owners, especially those who wish not to modify their car.

Yes. Nice to have it all run from one location. I couldn't find one and Nissan currently has no allocations for building new Z's. I have a 40th yr coming in next month but might not take it due to the lack of the Navi.
