The manifolds are both pressurized and flow tested following the manufacturing process, which means that the cast lines should not pose any threat. That being said, it does appear that the particular manifold in question may have more excess casting material than usual. I've sent the owner a PM so that we can get this taken care of for him.

I, myself, am not personally in-charge of shipping or product inspection, though I do agree that this should be addressed. I'll be sure that an appropriate solution is offered to this customer.
