Basically the four corners and a little under the shim plate were the piston contacts the pad.

I used permatex grease from Oreillys, but the OEM grease looked much heavier and more durable than the permatex stuff I bought.

Wish I had some of the OE stuff, but the aftermarket grease is working fine.

Mine squealed because the rotors were loaded up. I turned them lightly and the noise is gone. I reused the original pads on the front.
