Stock pads don't really wear the rotors. If it was me, I'd probably just give them a sanding, wipe them with laquer thinner and reuse them. The XP8s will wear themselves in pretty quick. I'm coming up on finishing my 2nd set of fronts XP8s and I'm at 66k on the 2 sets. Mostly highway so looks like I'll be getting around 35-40k per front set and about 60 k on the rears. I think I'm getting a little vibration from the slotted rotors so next time I'll probably go non-slots / non drilled.
