Tell em to move the datacenter to your place instead of freaking portugal. I know a guy who will remotely work as admin for about $70K to start or if they prefer contract I will bill standard hours @ $150 p/hr. Saturday work is $250 p/hr and you dont really want me to work on a Sunday unless you want to go broke.*
