The 2010 Nismo the OP is looking at would not have had the Recaro seats. I believe those were a '15+ thing.

@OP, Big question you have to ask yourself is the body kit worth the extra coin. There are better aftermarket solutions for the suspension and exhaust making the body kit what you're really paying extra for. If you do go non-Nismo, just make sure you get one with the sport package as that will get you the bigger brakes, syncro-rev match, and the VLSD.
