this lady at nissan is driving me crazy. i had gap through nissan and i got a better rate through my credit union so i refinanced it through my CU. i called her friday and told her to send me the cancellation form for the gap insurance so i can get my $600 back. she said she would send it. i call her again today because i didn't get it and she said she would send it. 4 hours have passed and i still don't have an email from her.
fawkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk is it that hard to add an attachment and send an email. literally doesn't even take a minute to do.
