Stillens will not be as prone to cause hydrolock in normal rain unless you decide to drive it into a foot of standing water.

The Ingens are the worse type to have in the event you're driving around and drive thru more than a few inches of standing water as what you're experiencing.

If you simply want to be safe at the cost of some performance?

Stay with the stock intakes with K&N filters.
