Rubber type is out of the scope of what you mentioned. You wouldn't be increasing diameter to 20s if you were going to race on them using r comp anyways.

Neither size mentioned is oversize, they're both within spec for the given wheel widths.

Wheel width, wheel diameter, tire width, weight, compound, etc all play a role in performance, but aren't determinant on their own. Anyone interested in these for a Z would be aware they need a 15+ mm adapter and will be getting approximately the same 'performance as' a 19" sport wheel.
