You will need more fuel if you go E85. So yes, you will need injectors and a pump. How much extra depends on your future plans. If your plans are to stay NA, then you can go with GTR injectors or something around 600cc and a pump to feed them. If you plan to boost, the you can run the larger injectors and pump. In my case, I am still NA but with the proper tune my 340lph pump and 1000cc injectors run at 49% on E85 (less on the 91 tune). I did not want to get smaller injectors and pump only to have to try and sell them when I boost.
