Amplifier locations, quite tricky in the 370z.... My subwoofer amplifierer was supposed to be 10x10x1, well it's 14x12x2 so it didn't quite fit where I wanted it to..

under the strut bar, trace it out, make indents for screw locations, drill it out, put cut around the 2 studs and puts nuts on them to hold the board down.

If you're going to do this, please please please use a 1/2 board and nothing thicker, it is a TIGHT location for an amp.

I had no where else to put this amp, it's not ideal, but with this behemoth I had no other option, it's behind the passanger seat, I used sticky velcro to hold it, I put screw fasteners behind the carpet, this is the gas tank area, do not drill holes to fasten amp!

No my amp will not overheat, I chose Hifonics because of the low operating temperature, they don't really heat up, this amp has ventilation on both sides when the bottom is sealed, it will do fine.

My next chore is to find a spare 370z trunk mat to cut a 10" slot out of it and throw it over all the beauty boards.

i'm a 23 year old, I could only work on this thing for 2 hours of the day because of my work times.

Let me know what you guys think,
