Listen....get the Tech Package...you will be glad you did...why...you don't have to go through headaches of installing any aftermarket audio, not to mention...I have toyed with many back up cams....and Navi systems...there is nothing like that perfect OEM fitment and look...based on my install experience....the one thing I may change in the future is the speakers...Bose is good....but not great IMHO...I like my sounds clean and crisp....Bose doesn't do it for me....going to sound deaden before I switch the Bose speakers...might make a difference I am sure it will...anyway Nismo with Tech is pure win...

My first Nismo 09SR had the base audio...swapped it out with aftermarket stereo and it was great..but that was a $2k investment with the audio equipment I selected...it can be done for much cheaper....I did the install myself...shops wanted $4K.

Getting the PW 2017 Nismo with Tech was the best decision for me...at first I thought I had made a mistake...I was wrong...oh...more one important thing for me...the steering wheel controls and answering the phone works flawlessly with OEM Tech...aftermarket had glitches and was not perfect...I am a perfectionist so yeah.....

Comes down to your preference and wallet, also...when you sell or trade your car higher value audio doesn't really mean anything to most buyers as long as the stereo works speaking from from my dealings...however the back up cam....may mean more to them...I am on my 4th 370z, 2nd Nismo...and the Tech would be my choice.

Good luck on your future purchase and congrats on selecting on of the most fun and best looking cars to drive!
