The simple way to put it is that if add more grip to the rear you can over power the front and cause understeer. The options on the Z is to add more rear bar and make the back in more stiff reducing body roll and creating oversteer because it will break loose when at the grip threshold or you soften it up creating a similar situation. However the dynamics which cause the oversteer is different for both options based on the Z's geometry and your suspension setup.
