Can't thunk of anything else that's gonna effect the Idle. Smoker shows no leaks and as per the code it's thrown there's three reasons this would occurr.
1) Vaccum Leak (ruled out through smoker test)
2) PCV- which no longer is an issue with this kit as it is replaced with the he breather filter that comes with Topz Kit
3) Throttle Chambers.
Just to make sure went ahead and placed the Stillen BPV on....Idle was still the same....1000 RPM or so....Did Idle Relearn via EcuTek and got "Test Failed Unable to complete." But noticed that the Idle dropped.down to 800-850....still a little high as the Nissan states Idle should be 750rpm give or take 50rpm...
Drove the car around til got temps up to opersting then did ECU reset before Idle Learning again. Got same message "Test Failed Idle Relearn Unsuccessful." RPM we back up to 1000-1100 RPM then P0507 code "Idle Air Control System RPM Higher than Expected."

This might be, and probably is, just my ignorance but the A/A kit uses a BOV near the intercooler does it not? Wouldn't it make more sense just to delete the Stillen BPV altogether? I'm probably missing something imperative to the answer here.
Is it maybe worth flashing the ECU with a back to stock tune from Seb then re-flashing with your current tune afterwards? Kind of like getting the microsoft blue screen of death. Just thinking out loud about the "test unable to complete" perhaps there is a software related reason for it. Probably not but sometimes it's worth trying one thing to rule it out.
