Believe it! Was it my or error or Nissan's error that my $40K car had the wrong springs? And you're right every other dealership (foreign or domestic) have problems and are full of asses that work in them. There are a very small percentage of people who would much rather keep a customer than lose one over $100. I'm not to 'bent outta shape' eventually if I need the new part I will purchase it, only a fool would wait 2 hours to have spring lifts replaced. There's no way I would purchase another vehicle from Nissan, "cause I'm funny about where I spend my money!"

I can understand that they have to see the actual problem before they can fix it under warrantee, intermittent problems are always an issue. In the case of a bad dealer, I would just go to another.
