Default 370Z 40TH with NISMO Wheels

Guys,
Here is my combination:
Milwaukee, WI = dry & rain, (crap on the roads)
2010 370Z 40th Anniversary Model, stock springs, stock sway bars, urethane sway bar bushings, Tokico HP shocks, 2015/2016 19" Rays NISMO OEM 9.5"/10.5" wheels, tires ????
The car came used to me with 19" Sport Rays, & Bridgestone S-04 on it.
I spent the last couple of days looking at tires on Tire Rack, and using the Tire Size Calculator web site. The perfect tires for the rims are, 265/35/19 fronts, and 295/30/19 rears. The stock OEM tires have a diameter difference of .10", or basically perfect. By using the tire calculator, and the specs on the tires, the diameter difference is .30", or .20 different. I'm sure the ECU for the traction control can figure that out. Does anyone see any sizing issues, i.e., rubbing, too wide, because? Both sizes fall right smack in the middle of the rim width. Relearning for the ECU is easy, by disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes.
I'm not a lowered car guy, WI bad roads.
Thank for the help.
