Wow. That's just not right! I don't understand what's up with dealers sometimes. They act like they did you a favour by selling you the car and you should settle for what you got. I would've gone ballistic if it was my car. That's why my car has yet to see a dealer for any servicing. I realize that I may eventually need to go to one if something crops up that is warranty related but besides that, I will be handling all maintenance items.

Back to your issue, I would not settle for anything less than a perfect car. Period. Even if the hole is not apparent unless you look underneath, I know it's there and it would drive me nuts, especially on a new car. If the dealer does not make it right (going to GM or Owner), I would contact Nissan directly. I once got excellent service after a call like that.

Like others have stated, I would expect a factory painted bumper and not a repaint. Let them take it off another new pearl white 370z. That's not your problem.
