Update:
Tire place i bought the tires from isnt able to do a warrenty since they arent a retailer for cooper. They just purchased the tires from a different wholesaler. The place in town wants me to pay prices way above what i payed for them and then they will work with warrenty.
P.S When your friends work at a shop make sure they still write up receipts cause it an bite you in the ***.
