I know it's an easy DIY, but like I already said, the living situation isn't ideal for me to work on my car on the street.

This one didn't have all of the gaskets included (basically, seems like the carrier did some crap inspection). The gasket and hardware count differs between Nismo and Non-Nismo. And while I have a couple non-Nismo gaskets on hand separately, they have a slightly smaller bore. As small of a difference that can possibly be, it's also a small difference in cost just to get this to "proper" spec

Talked to the right guy at the parts section of a local dealership. I know I can source the OEM parts one way or another. Only issue is their service department is like impossible to coordinate with.

Meh, guess I'll just get the parts there, but then get the labor done elsewhere if nothing pans out before holiday.
