i have a inground pool in the backyard and during the summer i probably use it 5 times lol. i'll do a couple laps and then go have a beer
i usually do monday - chest, tuesday - back, wednesday - legs, thursday - shoulders. friday off, saturday - i'll do which ever body part i half assed on lol
i get majority of my cardio from playing basketball 30m in to an hour
