Those are the sport brakes. Your options in order of cost are listed below:

1. Try to re-bed the brakes. Potentially the cheapest and easiest solution (assuming you are comfortable with the procedure).

2. Have the rotors turned. Any brake shop can do this for you fairly cheap.

3. If the rotors can't be turned for whatever reason, you can probably get away with just replacing the front rotors and pads. No issues running different rotors on front and back. Go with Z1 rotors for best value.
