What do you mean by "high front"?
Anyway, by going from the 9.5 +45 stock [Nismo] front to the 10.5 +23 rear, you automatically gain 9mm of clearance. I used a 5mm spacer for testing fitment and only encountered a slight bit of rubbing over large bumps and deep turns where body roll played a factor, so without the spacer (and with my current suspension settings) I don't think it'd rub much at all. I could also have upped the dampening of my coilovers to combat that as well. Finally, the 295/30 is shorter overall than the 285/35 by 22.5mm.
