Normally vehicle speed and engine speed increases proportionally. When clutch is slipping, engine speed will increase quickly while vehicle speed won't or much slower.

There will also likely be a nasty burnt smell (what's left of clutch disk overheating).

Early part of your video suggests slippage. Unless you don't know how to drive or are abusing the car, no way should a clutch job be needed at 9K miles.
