Default

Just change the oil with some heavy detergent oil and start changing the oil every 1k miles for a while. No point building an engine till it's really toast. If you're lucky, the critical areas will clean up and the motor will still last a long time.

Do it with some cheap penzoil for a couple of changes then go to good stuff when you see it stays clean longer.
