Now, if I really wanted a GT-R, I'd imagine $10k wouldn't make a big difference as I'd also have enough to cover $90k vs $100k. However, I have a HUGE problem with giving a dealership $10k for no good reason.

Some uninformed consumer will probably pay it. That sounds like the price the GT-R's were fetching back in July of 2008.
As of now, I can find brand new GT-R's for under MSRP easily. That dealer is seriously trying to milk the situation, after the nips are dry.
