And to be honest, that's exactly what I did
I bought a 2016 Nismo this year. It was purchased brand new in 2015 and then traded in for a GT350 mustang. Original owner's loss, was my gain. I got my hands on a mint condition Nismo with only 1800km (1200 miles) on it, for much less than new.
Either way, what's done is done. Enjoy the car- it'll put smiles on your face for many miles!

Man sounds like you got an awesome deal!
That would be an option if there were some available, this car isn't too common in my area. Think I've seen one other person who owns one in my town, chicane yellow 09 base model... Dealership had 3 Z cars on the lot, an 12 Touring AT with 57k miles they wanted $21k for. 16 Nismo Tech 7AT and 17 Nismo Tech 7AT both right around 48k sticker price.
I'm happy with what I'm getting, for now. Also this is my first brand new car ever so I'm not too concerned with depreciation. More concerned with everything being just right.
