But seriously, I had a first gen Miata about 10 years ago and I just could not shake the feeling of being in a cartoonish chick car. I looked like a circus bear in a toy car and I'm a skinny dude.
Of course Mazda have now gone to great lengths to make the car more masculine looking but its still a "cute" car according to my wife and I don't drive cute cars.
The latest gen MX-5 is a great handling/nimble sports car but no way in hell does it even begin to compare to a Z......unless you drop in a LS3 crate engine (see latest Smoking Tire episode on Youtube).
