If it is replacing the spare, the box will need to provide the structural support for the cargo area. If you notice, when you take the spare out and replace all the foam, mats, etc, there is no more support and will sink if you put anything even remotely heavy on the cargo area. Im very very interested if all criteria are met and i'm going with a 8" woofer. Thanks1!
