Looking at Varrstoen 19x9.5 +12 F 19x10.5 +12 R

The rep at Varrstoen is telling me that 19x9.5 +12 will work up front since +22 are out of stock.

I have read tons of posts and it appears that anything under +15 is asking for trouble. Am I wrong?
