Default Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ owners

When our OEM Potenza RE050As inevitably wear out, I am seriously considering replacing them with the Michelin PS A/S 3Plus
Michelin

I would very much appreciate hearing the experiences of cold-country owners of the 3Plus, especially any experience with minor or major amounts of snow and slush. Tire Rack

(Our vehicle will be summer-only, but it can snow at any time of the year in Alberta, especially during a pleasant trip on Alberta's famous Icefields Parkway, but other places as well. My wife and I will almost certainly be driving in the mountains next summer and I'd like to be on tires that can at least muddle through just about any form of water.)

At this moment I'm not interested in reading comments from people who own alternative all-season or the relatively new all-weather tires.

Thanks!
