Make a list when you bring it in. I was having the same worry issues as you last year when I stored mine.
Inflate tires to 42-ish psi
Put some dryer sheets throughout the interior
Crack the windows just slightly for fresh air to circulate
D-con bug stuff under the car if you're worried about bugs
Steel wool in tail pipes so mice don't eat anything (Don't forget to remove)
Disconnect battery and lose presets or battery tender if you can
Leave in Neutral, but engage handbrake
Write down mileage for insurance
Disconnect any aux/power in cabin (radar, etc)
