I don't get it. Raining like crazy here. I watched one lady freak out when she hydro'd and spin her wheel. Her van traveled into the oncoming lane. Thankfully no traffic. Do people not realize you shouldn't be doing the speed limit when you can't see 10 ft of the road in front of you? Or to just lay off the gas while slightly turning the wheel to point the car?
