Thorough maintenance - time vs mileage
I have a 2010 that I've owned since new, only has 25K miles on it. Have a few track days on there too.
While low in mileage, I want to do a thorough maintenance on it, as it's been six years. Welcome suggestions on what items wear with time, even with minimal mileage (such as fluids), and what wears with mileage only (brake pads). I'd like to replace all time-dependent items, and obviously check/replace mileage ones as needed.
My initial list, welcome any additions on what should be checked/replaced for a 6 year old car
Time-dependent (basically all fluids) - replace now
Oil/Oil filter
Differential
Trans
Engine Coolant
Brake
clutch
Power steering
Battery
Mileage (check for wear, but OK to keep if looks good)
Brake pads
Rotors
Tires
Engine air filter
In cabin filter
Not sure
Drive belt?
Spark plugs?
Anything other maintenance items to consider? By typical car usage estimates, this car should be at 90K miles now, so might as well do all changes recommended at that interval
Thanks
