Is that 7 weeks total wait? Because if you gave up at that point, then you obviously didn't read the thread. Sounds like you were just unlucky with timing in missing that extra set and then having the compressor go down to where he couldn't meet his deadline. $hit happens.
I don't think anyone was suggesting that you move on without your refund. Equalme will refund your money.
Well, from all the information you've posted, it sounds like you were too impatient to wait for a quality product when it was well known that delays are possible. You were certainly a bit unlucky in timing, but that's not equalme's fault.

I'm more concerned that he did not follow up with me and did not keep his word. Last message I receive from equalme is that he will have it done and shipped to me by 10/7 or 10/8 at the latest. I also noted to him that if he cannot ship it to me by that date to cancel my order. When I tried to follow up with him a few days before to see if he did ship the item out already. This is when there is no more communication from him. So I posted on the forum to get his attention and now here we are. So I have been understanding to extent but will not be taken a fool and lied to.
