Yes there is a question mark at the end but the wording doesn't sound like a question to me. The mods are listed do the math and I paid $5000 for the rims alone. Hopefully you go on the guys who spent $10,000 to twin turbo their car and ask for the same as I do. Furthermore if the car isn't up to your standards and is to expensive why waste the time commenting.
