You can do it in groups or a subset of mods. Hope it gives you a good idea on where to start.

Breather mods (intake/exhaust) under 2k then a tune down the road.
Suspension mods under 2k ( BC or Powertrix coils + front sways + rear camber arms ) or Swifts/H&R lowering springs on Koni's + rear camber arms + sways under 2k.
Basic head unit, amp, sub install at 2k
Fly1Motorsport body kit under 2k installed. Sunline Racing replica.
Honda crowd mod: # 15 tint, cheap lowering springs on OEM shocks, no camber arms, ebay hubcentric spacers, cheap test pipes, and muffler delete. Money left over for lugs and ebay wing.

Not a fan of wrap.
