This is a pretty decent one (unless you're not moving faster then the right lane traffic.. see above).



If you're being tailgated, chances are that car wants to go faster then you. If there is room to your right, BY LAW slower traffic keep right, doesn't matter what the speed limit is. It's safer for everyone on the freeway, keeps traffic flow smoother, and avoids these situations.
