Most shops will charge $100+/hr. if your pulling your motor that will equate to 40+ hours in labor. If the motor is already pulled expect ~20+ hours. You will also need new bearings, gaskets, fluids and etc...
The block will need to be machined for the crank counter balance. You will also need to modify the oil squirters or the piston skirts.
