Throttle response improvement by itself makes a tune worth it IMO.
But as Chuck mentions, you're not looking for max power with the tune. You're looking for improvement throughout the power range. For example, from your dyno graph it looks like you picked up a significant amount (30 ft-lbs) of torque around 2K(?) RPMS as compared to the stock tune.
Post a pic of the entire graph, and not just the numbers.
