I would torch all that rubber around the bolt out with a torch, then try and wiggle the diff out if possible. Removing the bolt outside would be a lot easier. If you are not able to remove, then your only choice is to cut it shorter. Remember to leave something to grip on to so you can remove it from the Diff itself. Maybe even weld a bar to it then just spin it out.

I had the jack under the diff raised slightly to support the weight. I mean it's like someone at Nissan. decided to use a whole tube of loctite on it!! ha
