With most cars moving autonomously and a few wildcard drivers slaloming their way through, it would make for an interesting game of "chicken", that's for sure...
Unless I was in need of a nap, I have a bad feeling I'd probably play chicken and hope the robots can cope.
Anyway, I guess buying self-driving cars is one way for taxpayers to avoid having to invest in high-speed rail...
