That's not how the warranty works. A claim may be denied, but the warranty cannot just be voided by adding an aftermarket part or having someone other than a dealer perform work. Now, they can deny a claim if the aftermarket part or its install causes the damage. For example, if the oil cooler has a line fail (very unlikely) and starve the engine of oil, that claim would be denied. If you add the oil cooler and an unrelated part breaks, the warranty claim would be honored.
