After having my time wasted twice, it's still for sale. I have an appointment next Saturday 9/23 for sale to beepi.com. This WILL be gone after then and I'm sure they will have it marked up nicely.

If you're not serious, don't contact me. Also, don't send me txts from different phones trying to feel out my price and play games... (You know who you are).

I have a clean inspection in-hand from a shop that a previous buyer paid to have done.
