Stretch done as so: seated with leg straight, flex or pull your toes back towards you. That will stretch the calf muscle. Lots of fluids.

Pounding about a gallon on water a day. GF loaned me her tiger balm haha. i hate the smell of this stuff. i don't own a roller so i've been propping my leg up when seated and either rotating my ankle or moving it left/right. Makes the muscle hurt so i assume i'm doing something right.
Just wicked annoying that I can't walk fast at all without this happening every time.
