Along those lines, the reason I filed the dispute, despite your agreement, was your lack of follow through on all your other promises and commitments. You continually delayed completion and shipment of the handles and fell short on three different dates. Not to mention all the other complaints and comments on missed commitments and poor communication in the thread above.

I don't really treat this as a "business". Be it how it is, this is just a hobby as I enjoy spraying. I have my own personal reasons for not leaving extra funds in my PayPal. And you're the first person to ever complain about the finish of the product, you did not allow for any resolve and requested for full refund which I agreed to.
After inspecting the handles that I received back from you, I still see no major flaws on the finish. One thing I noticed was a residue on the finish which matches the bubblewrap, not sure what it is, but I'm sure it'll clean off with some polish. If you're complaining about a speck or two from dust, then Lol. You're paying $250 for somebody to disassemble the handle, machine two pieces, paint, and reassemble. The finish itself is better than Nissan and their orange peel finish. The clear itself is stronger and more resistant to chips than whatever Nissan is using.
Oh have I never taken ownership of my delays? Read again. But I do not take ownership of the delays of the refund as my life isn't revolved around staying home waiting for packages to show up. If you had not had filed that dispute, all the core refunds would've went out on 8/22/16, including your full refund.
