You're CA like me. Biggest thing stopping me from going FI is CARB. Stillen kit with frozen boost should get you past that though and reach your goals. I don't think the 115k miles is all that much for a well maintained Nissan motor.
On the other hand, a used ZO6 would be way better! Sell it + 10k would get you a real nice one. Still have a little left over for some minor upgrades.
