it is very difficult... 2 weeks not lifting weight and coming back, you feel like you never lifted in your life lol.
that is dedication even when not home. as soon as i leave atlanta i forget what the word gym and working out mean lol

good thing you didn't mess it up...once you mess up your shoulder it usually requires surgery to fix... ask me how i know lol
