Add an extended to the OEM pressure port, place the OEM sender in one hole in the extender and a 30psi analogue sender that drives power to a big red light on the dash so that the light comes on if pressure drops below 30psi.

The alternative is to piggy-back off the ECU input as has been suggested and run that to an aftermarket dash (which can also take an OBDII feed). There are lots of these options, from Motec/Haltech/RacePak down to chinois EBay specials.
