Looking under it looks like stock y pipe, but as for midpipe it looks more aftermarket due to the color (goldish). Midpipe also looks like an H pipe (separated after the y pipe, and is separate piping all the way back)

So there's two crossovers? The Y/H/X designation refers to the way the pipes merge on a non true-dual system. If you are just looking at the pipes paths relative to one another as separate tubes, those have no naming convention.

If there are welds on the straight section of piping after the factory Y splits back apart then yes that is where the custom system starts. Also you were correct to measure the piping, tips are only a cosmetic thing.
